The King William Pub and Restaurant in Ipsden

The King William is Ipsden's Pub.

Our new Landlords, Andre McCowan and Pey are warmly welcomed.

Alan and Nicky left us on 8th November 2016 after three and a half years.   We wish Alan and Nicky every good fortune in retirement, and we wish Andre and Pey every success in taking over the reigns at Ipsden's delightful pub.

The pub serves real ale and other good beers straight out of the barrel without pumps.   Excellennt food is offered at fair prices, the log fire is stoked in winter and BBQ's are offered outside in Summer.

The pub is situated at the top end of the village in the hamlet of Hailey and offers lovely views of the surrounding countryside.

The Oxford Restaurant Guide says of The King William:- "A charming country pub in an area of outstanding natural beauty with spectacular views across the Chilterns. An ideal venue to escape the bustle of city life and relax and unwind. There are five Brakspeare ales direct from the barrel and the freshly prepared food is delicious and reasonably priced".

You will find many other reviews of this pleasant pub in various local web sites.    But more importantly, CLICK HERE to go to The King William's own brand new website, or telephone directly on  01491 681845
